Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of payroll experience.
• Strong Excel and detailed reconciliations.
• Clear communication with HMRC, auditors and stakeholders.

• Managing accurate and timely payrolls across the UK, Ireland and Australia.
• Completing HMRC submissions, P11Ds and pension auto-enrolment processes.
• Overseeing private payrolls with support from the Management Accountant.
• Providing payroll reporting and supporting audits.
• Maintaining payroll procedures and responding to employee queries.
• Identifying payroll risks, process improvements and legislative changes.
