Job summary

Apadmi, a global leader in mobile technology and integration, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities across Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, and more across the UK, Europe, USA, and Sri Lanka. Based from Salford Quays HQ, you will build a strong sales pipeline with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement.

You will work with Growth Directors and Marketing to align messaging and targets, representing Apadmi at events and exceeding activity

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound prospecting and account generation.
• Confident engaging senior decision-makers and handling rejection.
• Experience with or exposure to Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prospect target accounts across dedicated markets using multi-channel outreach.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities contributing to Apadmi’s strategic new business pipeline.
• Drive outbound growth across sectors globally and manage a disciplined pipeline.
