Job summary

Genomics is building a dedicated delivery team around one of our most important partnerships, and we need an experienced Project Manager to make it work. This is a client-facing role with the feel of a consulting engagement.

You'll set up and embed a multidisciplinary team, then coordinate delivery across our various internal functions. You will run the delivery rhythm with our partner, including budgets, forecasts, and escalations, and work with Finance on commercial milestones and with Legal

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with consulting-style delivery background.
• Experience delivering projects for life sciences clients (pharma/biotech/healthcare).
• Ability to set up and embed a client team and coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the integrated delivery plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing.
• Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary team with the client to deliver large projects.
• Run delivery rhythm with the partner including status meetings, reporting, escalations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on budgets, forecasts, scope and contract changes.
• Identify blockers early and maintain senior stakeholder alignment.
