The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive delivery management experience, expert stakeholder engagement, and proven ability to manage complex programs using Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of delivery management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methods.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Mural, Smartsheet.
• Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the central orchestrator, harmonizing diverse initiatives and ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and organizational goals.
• Facilitating collaboration between internal and external teams.
• Managing high-level project timelines, coordinating with sub-initiative leaders on their deliverables.
• Ensure the administrative aspects of the project are managed efficiently, including contract management and budget.
• Suggest and implement project management practices and standards.
• Proactively identify and raise dependencies, risks, and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.
