Job summary

Genomics plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a client-facing delivery engagement. You will set up and embed a multidisciplinary team across Genomics, coordinating delivery with the partner and internal functions to ensure milestones are met and risks managed.

You will balance engineering, finance, legal and people stakeholders, translating needs into clear actions, while maintaining highly organized, proactive communication and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• You’ve delivered consulting-style projects for life sciences clients (pharma, biotech or healthcare).
• You’ve set up and embedded a client-facing team to deliver a large project.
• You’ve worked in a scale-up and know how to build structure where there isn’t much yet.
• You’ve worked across Engineering, Finance, Legal and People stakeholders and can translate between them.
• You’re highly organised, a clear communicator, and ready to hit the ground running.

This is a client-facing role with the feel of a consulting engagement.
