Job summary

Synnovis is seeking a Genomics Programme Manager on a 18-month FTC in London SE1 to lead an enterprise Genomics LIMS deployment, Whole Genome Sequencing service setup and end-to-end delivery across digital, scientific, operational and commercial workstreams.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, budgets and governance, ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and UK GDPR, and drive benefits realisation as new systems go live and transition to business-as-usual operation.

Qualifications

• Must have degree-level qualification or equivalent senior programme delivery experience.
• Experience delivering complex, high-value transformation programmes in multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to translate clinical/scientific needs into a deliverable programme roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan with oversight of milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Lead delivery of the enterprise Genomics LIMS and system integration tasks.
• Oversee establishment of the Whole Genome Sequencing service, including lab fit-out and go-live readiness.
• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams with clear accountabilities.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, executive reporting and risk management.
• Own programme-level risk, issue and dependency management with escalation when needed.
• Manage programme finances, forecasts, budgeting and procurement activity.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, safety and regulatory standards (ISO 15189, UK GDPR, DSPT).
• Oversee benefits realisation and transition into sustainable business-as-usual ownership.
