Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Functional Specialist in the UK to undertake unbiased, comprehensive PIP assessments for a multinational employer on a hybrid, full-time basis.

You will review health conditions across physical, sensory, mental and cognitive domains, handling caseloads end-to-end with a mix of face-to-face, virtual and paper reports. A 5-week training programme supports your start, with benefits such as pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments and paper-based reports.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments across physical, sensory, mental, intellectual and cognitive domains.
• Allocate time for breaks, CPD, audit amendments, evidence reviews and team meetings.
