Job summary

Qualified healthcare professionals will handle end-to-end caseloads, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, with emphasis on clear reports and empathetic service. Requirements include relevant professional registration (NMC/HCPC), 1+ year post-qualification experience, and strong communication and IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
• 1+ years post-qualification experience.
• Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads from end to end including face-to-face, virtual assessments and reports.
• Deliver assessments and review calls, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assess range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants.
