Job summary

Donard Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Functional Specialist role with hybrid working and full-time hours. The role targets Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Paramedics to use clinical knowledge for PIP assessments.

You will manage end-to-end caseloads, including face-to-face, virtual and telephone assessments, plus paper-based reports and reviews. Excellent communication and IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse or allied health professional with HCPC/NMC registration.
• Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end caseloads, delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments.
• Produce paper-based reports and undertake initial reviews and audits.
• Assess diverse health conditions affecting claimants.
