Advo Health Limited, part of the Ascenti Group, is recruiting for a Functional Assessor in a hybrid role, with around 60% face-to-face work and 40% home-based. You will assess claimants for PIP or WCA, supported by a structured training programme and ongoing clinical support.

We welcome registered healthcare professionals with at least 12 months post-registration experience and full NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration. The role offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with 12+ months post-registration experience.
• Must hold full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• IT literacy and ability to produce clear, evidence‑based reports.

Responsabilités

• Holding telephone, video or in-person consultations with claimants.
• Assessing a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
• Applying clinical reasoning to understand how health impacts daily living.
• Using IT systems to listen and produce accurate, evidence-based reports.
• Working with your manager to support your professional development.
