Job summary

Ascenti Group, in partnership with Advo Health, is seeking a Functional Assessor for a hybrid UK role. You will handle telephone, video or in-person assessments for PIP or WCA, applying clinical reasoning to understand health impacts on daily living.

Full training is provided and there is support for professional development. The role offers up to 3 days per week in-face assessment with remaining days at home, no evenings or weekend shifts, and a salary of £42,000 per year with a 10% bonus upon

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
• Full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• Ability to use IT systems and produce clear written reports.

Responsibilities

• Hold telephone, video or in-person consultations with claimants.
• Assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
• Apply clinical reasoning to understand how health impacts daily living.
• Produce accurate, evidence-based reports.
• Support development with your manager as a Functional Assessor.
