Job summary

Advo Health, part of the Ascenti Group, is hiring a Functional Assessor in a hybrid role with 60% face-to-face and 40% remote work. Starting salary from £42,985.20 per annum, location dependent, with full training provided.

You will assess PIP or WCA, hold consultations, and produce evidence-based reports. Applicants must be registered healthcare professionals with 12 months post-registration experience and IT proficiency. Part-time options may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
• Full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
• Excellent IT and ability to produce clear written reports.

Responsibilities

• Holding telephone, video or in-person consultations with claimants.
• Assessing a wide range of physical and mental health conditions.
• Applying clinical reasoning to understand how health impacts daily living.
• Using IT and written communication to produce accurate reports.
• Collaborating with manager to support development as a Functional Assessor.
