Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver technically sound engineering solutions in compliance with standards
• Prepare and check designs, calculations, drawings and scheme deliverables
• Oversee junior staff and mentor them on project tasks
• Manage budgets and costs across the project portfolio
• Liaise with clients and supplier representatives at peer level
• Contribute to bids and business development activities
• Promote health and safety practices within the team
