Job summary

Royal Collection Trust is seeking a motivated Learning Programme Coordinator to support delivery of formal learning activities for schools and educators, connecting audiences with Royal Collection venues and histories.

You will coordinate logistics, engage with teachers and freelance educators, and help run online learning sessions and events, contributing to evaluation and continuous improvement across programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning programmes, events or audience engagement in cultural/heritage settings.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator; build relationships with schools, teachers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of formal learning programmes in London and online.
• Manage programme logistics, resources and administration for high delivery standards.
• Liaise with schools, teachers, freelance educators and contributors.
• Coordinate and host online sessions, webinars and live broadcasts.
• Assist with promotion, data gathering and reporting for continuous improvement.
