Job summary

Holman UK is recruiting for a Driver Care Fleet Adviser to join our Operations Team. The role starts in-office for 6 months, then shifts to a hybrid pattern (Tuesdays to Thursdays in the office, Mondays and Fridays remote). Salary will be circa £28,000 per year.

You will handle customer calls, organise service and repair bookings, and coordinate with suppliers and recovery vehicles. A positive, proactive communication style is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Good general education level is required.
• Solid administrative skills.
• Proficient PC, internet and email use; can pick up new software quickly.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level.
• Able to work to targets and deadlines.
• Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls to organise service, maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
• Organise and book service, maintenance and repairs with suppliers.
• Ensure recovery vehicles are arranged promptly and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles as needed.
• Schedule ancillary services and keep customers informed of progress.
• Escalate concerns to the Team Leader and support ad hoc tasks as required.
