Job summary

Lookers Volkswagen Newcastle is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our busy fleet department. The role is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and involves invoicing, vehicle ordering support, using the fleet management system, and coordinating with the Fleet Sales team to deliver excellent service.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Previous administration experience desirable.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Taxing and invoicing all sold vehicles prior to customer delivery.
• Support in the management and ordering of vehicles for customers.
• Use the internal fleet management system and comply with procedures when processing and managing customer orders.
• Liaise with the Fleet Sales team to provide an excellent level of service and support.
