Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Redditch is seeking an Account Support Executive within our Fleet team to deliver an excellent experience for our customers by managing day-to-day fleet requirements and handling queries with professionalism.

You will coordinate with Account Managers, suppliers and internal teams, maintain accurate records, and drive timely actions, benefiting from a 3 on-site / 2 remote hybrid arrangement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive approach and ownership of issues

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries, requests and administration by maintaining accurate customer and fleet records
• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing a responsive and professional service
• Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure they are completed
• Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to resolve issues
