Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, costs and industry processes.
• Good IT skills and MS Office.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle QS duties for fit-out projects across sectors.
• Track site progress, document progress, and prepare payment apps.
• Prepare monthly valuations from site measurements.
• Monitor budgets and flag constraints with other departments.
• Review labour schedules and variations with subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Projects valued from £100k to £10m.
