Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers in a Financial Services setting.
• Excellent communication, able to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customers by handling calls, emails, letters, texts and webchat.
• Join daily team catch-ups and contribute to a positive team vibe.
• Handle a variety of customer questions and support other teams when needed.
• Help identify ways to improve our customer service.
• Keep learning and building pensions and customer service knowledge.
