Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a large, purpose-driven organisation for a Financial Accountant. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, fixed asset and grant accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and tax compliance, and supporting year-end and external audits.

You will maintain robust controls, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business in a hybrid working environment during a growth phase.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience with financial controls, reconciliations, month-end and year-end processes.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting across the organisation.
• Own fixed asset accounting, grant accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and tax compliance.
