Job summary

Aviva is hiring a Change Portfolio Manager in Norwich with 50% office attendance to coordinate finance system changes and manage the IT portfolio. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external providers to assess impact, prioritise demand, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements that drive business value.

You’ll shape the Finance IT Portfolio Management Service, maintain service quality with an offshore desk, and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology change initiatives within a complex business.
• Ability to assess, prioritise and manage a pipeline of change requests.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Finance and IT.
• Problem-solving mindset with drive for continuous improvement.
• Clear, collaborative communication and leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate impact assessments and prioritise change demand across Finance SaaS systems.
• Oversee planning and delivery of enhancements to meet business needs.
• Shape and manage the Finance IT Portfolio Management Service and align changes to objectives.
• Work with offshore Service Desk to maintain high-quality support and drive improvements.
• Influence across multiple teams to ensure successful change outcomes.
