Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Learning & Development Specialist to drive change across ER, L&D and organisational development. Lead projects, advise managers and deliver practical solutions based on data.

Role offers hybrid working (3 office days/2 remote), 37 hours per week, and a 12-month contract with a PAYE pay rate up to £331.25 per day, inside IR35. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Significant employee relations experience within a complex organisation.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and talent development projects from design through to delivery.
• Advise and coach managers on complex employee relations and workplace culture matters.
• Facilitate training, workshops and learning events, developing engaging materials.
• Manage high-risk ER cases, investigations and workplace issues.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and trade unions.
• Use people data and insight to identify risks, evaluate interventions and recommend improvements.
• Support organisational change, transformation and workforce restructuring programmes.
