Employee Relations Manager / Learning & Development Specialist
Drive positive change across employee relations, learning and organisational development.
We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Learning & Development Specialist to lead learning and talent development projects while providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
You'll facilitate engaging training and workshops, coach and influence managers and senior leaders, analyse people data and deliver practical solutions that support organisational priorities.
Lead learning and talent development projects from design through to delivery.
Advise and coach managers on complex employee relations and workplace culture matters.
Facilitate training, workshops and learning events, developing engaging materials.
Manage high-risk ER cases, investigations and workplace issues.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and trade unions.
Use people data and insight to identify risks, evaluate interventions and recommend improvements.
Support organisational change, transformation and workforce restructuring programmes.
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
Significant employee relations experience within a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Proven experience managing complex/high-risk ER cases and working with trade unions.
Strong coaching, influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or restructuring.
Ability to turn people data into clear, practical solutions.
Desirable: Experience within infrastructure, engineering, energy, nuclear, construction, manufacturing, aerospace, defence or public sector environments, together with mediation/conflict resolution or security-cleared experience.
