Job summary

Billtrust invites a Sales Development Representative to join our enterprise sales team. You will engage new enterprise accounts, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our sales executives, supported by onboarding and coaching.

You’ll learn the Billtrust buyer’s journey, craft compelling messaging, and participate in weekly role-plays to refine pitches across personas and verticals. Hybrid work options and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and learn quickly.
• Internship experience with a SaaS company preferred.
• Located in Pacific or Mountain time zone of the USA.

Responsibilities

• Learn and convey Billtrust value proposition through messaging and customer stories.
• Execute program strategies by scheduling meetings for sales executives.
• Learn the Billtrust buyer’s journey, activities and criteria to develop pipeline insight.
• Hone communication skills through coaching on cold calling and emails.
• Engage prospects with active listening and targeted questions.
• Collaborate with sales executives on prospecting plans and targets.
• Achieve program conversion rates through cadence and feedback loops.
• Participate in weekly role-playing to improve conversations.
