Job summary

Xelix is hiring a Finance Operator to lead day-to-day financial operations, ensure timely reporting, and drive automation across a high-growth SaaS business in the UK. You will own month-end close, consolidations, intercompany activity, and provide trusted financial guidance to leadership.

The role requires a qualified accountant with 6+ years of experience, familiarity with Xero and modern finance stacks, and a passion for AI-enabled process improvements. Hybrid work from London area.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth businesses.
• Experience implementing finance systems or automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts and reporting for leadership.
• Lead multi-entity accounting and group consolidation processes.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in finance workflows.
• Partner with Commercial teams on revenue recognition and invoicing.
