Stark Group is seeking an organised I&C Contact Coordinator to book and manage metering appointments for business customers across campaigns including faults and smart meter installations. You will be the primary contact, handling outbound and inbound calls, coordinating site access, and logging health and safety information, with a focus on meeting KPIs and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with commitment to great service.
• Confident phone communicator.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Able to handle high outbound call volumes.
• Experience in scheduling/administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact business customers to book metering appointments.
• Handle inbound calls and coordinate appointments via email.
• Own appointments from booking through to completion.
• Make outbound calls for amendments, reschedules and cancellations.
• Capture accurate site information for field engineers.
• Log environmental, health and safety data as required.
• Maintain records across multiple systems.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs for booking targets and quality standards.
