Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex change initiatives.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Desirable accreditations: Prince2, APM, AgilePM.
• Experience in technology, energy sector or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement change initiatives through project management guidance.
• Provide project management expertise aligned with central Change team tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate change into planning and operating model.
• Work with business development to turn impact assessments into business cases.
• Ensure initiatives are captured and prioritised within the Change Portfolio.
• Maintain interdependencies, project plans, risks, issues; report to Change Committee.
• Promote continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
