Job summary

Unknown client in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to support the Head of Commercial in managing the Delivery Partner and ensuring SLA/KPI adherence. The role is a 6-month contract with hybrid working requiring attendance in the Manchester office one day per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of the Delivery Partner to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure contract obligations are met and oversee amendments with SMEs.
• Build and maintain relationships with the delivery partner to achieve project objectives.
• Deputise for Head of Commercial and lead procurement activity as needed.
• Lead on contract exit and transition activities.
