Job summary

Gousto is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Team at our Warrington warehouse on Omega South, WA5, reporting to the Employee Relations Lead. This is a permanent, full-time, site-based role with some hybrid flexibility.

You will provide timely ER advice to managers, support end-to-end ER cases, and help develop our policies while collaborating with the wider People Team on change projects.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of UK employment law and employment best practice.
• Experience managing ER cases and advising on outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to managers.
• Strong organisation to manage multiple ER matters.
• Comfortable using HR systems and data to identify insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ER cases, advising managers on grievances, investigations, disciplinaries and absence matters.
• Provide practical employment law guidance and practical policy interpretation.
• Coach managers on People policies and procedures to build capability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to provide timely ER guidance.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently across the site.
• Support organisational change, contract variations and employee engagement projects.
• Use ER data to identify trends and escalate where action is needed.
• Monitor attendance and coordinate with wellbeing and Occupational Health referrals.
