Gousto is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Team at our Warrington site. The role is permanent, full-time, and site-based with some hybrid flexibility.
You’ll provide practical ER guidance, support end-to-end case handling, and help shape people policies across this busy operation. You’ll work with managers to ensure compliant, fair outcomes, build policy capability, and use data to spot trends.
Here at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK & Irelands most loved way to eat dinner, and for every meal to leave the planet better off. Gousto is changing how people shop, cook and eat food at home. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join our team - and we’re a friendly bunch!
We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Powered by data and a love of food, we’re a recipe box company that’s disrupting the sector, and we’re passionate about our diverse team and our customers.
All of our people are responsible for the success of Gousto, and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive. Our guiding values - Dream, Deliver and Care - show our commitment to innovation, our ambition to hit goals at speed, and our deep respect for the people we work with.
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team at our Warrington warehouse on Omega South, WA5, reporting to our Employee Relations Lead. This is a permanent, full-time and site-based role, although we’ll support a degree of hybrid working where possible. We can also explore flexible working patterns that work for both you and the business. As our operation runs around the clock, you’ll need some flexibility to support colleagues working nights, including twilight or early-hours shifts.
You’ll play an important role in providing timely, practical and consistent employee relations advice to our managers. From supporting the end-to-end management of ER cases to coaching managers and helping develop our policies, you’ll contribute to fair and consistent people practices across the site. You’ll also have opportunities to work with our wider People Team on projects including organisational change, contract variations and employee engagement.
Gousto is for everyone:
Whether it’s creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams, we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto. Across our business we lead with inclusivity and strive for equity in all we do; working hard to ensure Gousto is an environment where you can be totally yourself.
Everyone is welcome and we’re looking for applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences.
