Job summary

Gousto is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Team at our Warrington site. The role is permanent, full-time, and site-based with some hybrid flexibility.

You’ll provide practical ER guidance, support end-to-end case handling, and help shape people policies across this busy operation. You’ll work with managers to ensure compliant, fair outcomes, build policy capability, and use data to spot trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK employment law and best practice is essential.
• Experience managing ER cases with guidance for managers.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ER matters.
• Experience using HR systems and handling data for insights.
• Attention to detail and GDPR-compliant record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ER cases including grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Provide clear, practical employment-law guidance to managers.
• Coach managers on Gousto policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into ER actions.
• Support policy development and implementation across site operations.
• Monitor attendance and escalate wellbeing or Occupational Health referrals as needed.
• Contribute to wider People projects and organisational change initiatives.
