Job summary

Blackhawk Network in the UK is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee onboarding of brands and products across EMEA. You will coordinate with multiple teams including Business Development, Marketing and Operations to ensure timely delivery and accurate setup.

This permanent, hybrid role offers a structured environment with clear milestones, monthly reporting, and opportunities to improve processes. You will build strong internal relationships and act as day-to-day contact for partners to

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes, projects, onboarding or operational implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new brands/products across EMEA.
• Liaise with Business Development, Strategic Partner Account Managers and other teams across the region.
• Gather information, assets and documentation required for onboarding from Card Partners.
• Complete system setup and maintain tracking, escalating delays.
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow up actions to meet deadlines.
• Review and improve onboarding processes to be scalable and effective.
• Provide monthly reporting for Card Partners and support Account Management teams.
• Act as day-to-day contact for Card Partners to resolve queries.
