Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to oversee onboarding of brands and products across the EMEA region. You will liaise with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate implementation, while maintaining clear communication with Card Partners and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong organisation, fluent English, and experience coordinating complex onboarding or operational projects. Hybrid working, with two days in the office per week, is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience coordinating programmes, projects, onboarding or operational implementation.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new brands and products across EMEA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather information and assets from Card Partners for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate implementation tracking and resolve blockers.
• Provide monthly reporting to Card Partners and Account Management teams.
