Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a proactive Coordinator to drive end-to-end onboarding of brands and products across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with multiple teams and Card Partners to gather assets, set up systems, and ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones.

You will be the day-to-day contact for partner queries, coordinate actions to meet deadlines, and continually improve onboarding processes, supported by a hybrid, permanent role reporting to the Manager, Client Services.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programmes, projects, onboarding or operational implementation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a high degree of professionalism.
• Analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new brands and products across EMEA.
• Liaise with Business Development, Strategic Partner Account Managers and other teams across the region.
• Work with Card Partners to gather information, assets and documentation for onboarding.
• Complete system setup and maintain accurate implementation tracking; escalate delays.
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and improve onboarding processes for scalability and alignment with business needs.
• Deliver clear communications on pipeline activity, progress, launches and updates.
• Raise and resolve issues affecting launches or ongoing partner activity.
• Coordinate product changes including imagery, terms and customer service info.
• Prepare monthly reporting for Card Partners and provide ad hoc support.
• Act as day-to-day contact for Card Partners and respond to operational queries.
• Build strong relationships across the business via email, phone and in-person interaction.
