Job summary

Blackhawk Network seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support non-technical recruitment across EMEA. This fixed-term role is hybrid, with office days at Apsley, Hemel Hempstead near the M1 and train links.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source and manage candidates end-to-end, and drive best practices for interviewing, selection and hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, organized, and analytical.
• MS Office suite skills.
• Ability to manage through change, work independently with little supervision.
• Sense of humor a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Manage partnerships with recruiting vendors.
• Drive the entire recruiting process from source to hire, including interviews and feedback.
• Identify candidates through web sourcing, networking and referrals to fill the pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to improve recruitment strategies and branding.
• Ensure ATS and job postings are accurate and compliant.
• Support pre-employment and onboarding activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
