Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support non-technical recruiting for the EMEA team. This is a fixed-term contract up to one year to cover maternity leave, in a hybrid role requiring attendance at the Hemel Hempstead office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting, vendor partnerships, and developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent while aligning with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Manage partnerships with recruiting vendors.
• Drive the entire recruiting process from source to hire and onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
