Job summary

Blackhawk Network in the UK is seeking a Product Implementation Analyst II to lead end-to-end operational implementation and production management of Original Content across EMEA, with emphasis on the Netherlands, Germany and other markets.

You will work with Product, Supply Chain, printers and suppliers to translate requirements into production plans, ensure timing, quality and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in cost and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management, manufacturing, print production, operations, product implementation, or programme / project management.
  • Understanding of physical product production, including artwork, materials, specifications, production data, quality control, supplier inputs, delivery timelines and launch readiness.
  • Experience working with printers, manufacturers, fulfilment partners or production suppliers, with the ability to manage operational relationships, supplier performance, risks and escalations.
  • Confidence working with Product teams to understand product inputs, launch plans and upcoming requirements, then translate these into clear production plans, actions and operational trade-offs.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies and time-sensitive production requests.
  • Process-driven, highly organised and analytical, with the confidence to assess production impact, identify issues, drive solutions and follow through to completion.
  • Proactive and curious, with an interest in production innovation, materials, supplier capability, sustainability, cost control and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of prepaid, gift card, e-money regulated or financial products, including BIN management, processor coordination, product configuration or regulated product controls, would be advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating digital product set-up, testing or activation would be useful, but is not the primary focus of the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work effectively across teams, suppliers and regions.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills are required. Additional European language skills, particularly Dutch or German, would be an advantage depending on location and market coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end production management of physical Original Content products, including new launches, reprints, artwork refreshes and product changes across assigned EMEA markets.
  • Work closely with Product teams to understand product inputs, launch plans, roadmap requirements and commercial priorities, then translate these into practical production plans, specifications, artwork requirements, data needs, supplier inputs, milestones and launch activities.
  • Manage short‑notice requests, late changes and shifting priorities by assessing production impact, clarifying operational trade‑offs, coordinating decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned on revised timelines and risks.
  • Plan and coordinate manufacturing and print production activity, covering artwork proofing, production data, testing, quality control, delivery timelines and launch readiness.
  • Manage day‑to‑day activity with printers, manufacturers, fulfilment partners, suppliers and processors, ensuring production issues, risks, delays and decisions are tracked, resolved and escalated where required.
  • Coordinate supporting digital product activity where required, ensuring set‑up, testing, activation, redemption and processor requirements are aligned with the wider product delivery plan.
  • Manage operational controls for product set‑up and change activity, including data accuracy, BIN management, sign‑off points, compliance checks and internal business procedures.
  • Support e‑money regulated product delivery by ensuring relevant operational processes, compliance requirements and controls are built into production and implementation plans.
  • Maintain accurate production, project and milestone tracking to support reporting, visibility, forecasting, stock readiness and supply continuity for physical Original Content products.
  • Review supplier and production performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve quality, standardisation, ways of working, cost control and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Explore new production approaches, materials, supplier capabilities and sustainability improvements that could enhance product quality, reduce complexity or support future Original Content innovation.
  • Provide cover, support and knowledge sharing across the wider team, helping reduce single points of failure and improve resilience.
