Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with hybrid working options. The role focuses on electrical design for distribution networks and technical support for new connections and low carbon technology applications.

The position involves network demand/export calculations, POC design, and collaboration with DNOs, ICPs, and internal teams to progress design, construction and records.

Competenze

• Design electricity distribution networks or similar.
• Perform network demand/export calculations.
• Familiar with G98 / G99 applications.
• Able to liaise with DNOs, ICPs and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Electrical design and technical support for new connections and LCT connections.
• Network demand and export calculations.
• Point of connection design and liaison with external bodies.
• Peer design approvals within authorisation limits.
