Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Electrical/Building Services/Mechanical or related discipline
• Postgraduate experience in building services design
• Experience on building services projects in infrastructure, utilities, energy or commercial sectors
• Understanding of HVAC, mechanical and electrical building services systems
• Ability to prepare technical docs and calculations
• Familiarity with industry design software and standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive learning and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of building services designs for energy infrastructure and industrial facilities
• Prepare calculations, reports, specifications and documents under guidance
• Assist in development of design drawings and schematics for HVAC, electrical and water services
• Coordinate with civil, structural, protection and control teams
• Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
• Support work to agreed quality, programme and budget
• Assist with site visits, surveys and inspections
• Ensure designs meet standards and company procedures
• Participate in client and internal meetings
• Support knowledge sharing within the team
