Zusammenfassung

Tes Institute is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager in a hybrid role spanning London and Sheffield. You will lead the operational delivery of teacher training and professional development programmes, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for learners across the UK and internationally.

You will report to the Head of Programme Delivery and work with Tes Institute and wider Tes Global teams to meet programme requirements, drive learner engagement, and uphold Tes’ values in education.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering teacher training and development programmes.
• Knowledge of ITTECF reform and international teacher training needs.
• Experience with blended delivery methods (remote and in-person).
• Experience of external inspection by regulatory bodies such as Ofsted.
• Demonstrated leadership in educational programmes.
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification; postgraduate qualifications desirable.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational delivery of the assigned programme.
• Collaborate with Tes Institute functions and wider Tes teams.
• Ensure compliant and high-quality delivery across contexts.
• Support Sales and Marketing as directed by Head of Programme Delivery.
• Monitor learner progress and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate Pathway Tutor recruitment, training and QA activities.
