Zusammenfassung

The Sheffield College is seeking a Curriculum Manager for C081 and Inclusion to lead and enhance the technical education provision across multiple programmes. You will oversee day-to-day curriculum leadership, staff management and partnership with Academy leaders to drive quality improvement and student outcomes.

Role requires teaching excellence, safeguarding awareness and strategic planning to align with local and national priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Technical/Skills curriculum for a programme or curriculum area.
• Proven ability to lead programmes, improve growth and outcomes, and achieve targets.
• Experience delivering change within a programme or curriculum.
• Curriculum design to improve outcomes and destinations.
• Strong track record as a teacher with experience in similar environments.
• Familiarity with college funding, technical education qualifications and OFSTED.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and Equality and Diversity legislation.

• Improve and maintain curriculum quality to at least Good by Ofsted or self-assessed.
• Improve student outcomes to meet or exceed national rates.
• Develop future-focused curriculum to meet local and regional needs.
