Job summary

EDClass Ltd in Sheffield seeks an experienced senior educational leader to become Head of Teaching and Learning for KS1–KS4. You will coach a team of 20 on‑site and online teachers, focusing on pedagogy over administration.

You will own timetable operations, drive curriculum standards, quality assurance, and CPD while engaging with MATs and local authorities to deliver measurable academic impact.

Qualifications

• NPQH/NPQSL/NPQEL required for headship role.
• Secondary teaching background with UK QTS.
• Degree in a relevant subject discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead pedagogical excellence across KS1–KS4.
• Own timetable and live teaching studio operations.
• Drive quality assurance, performance analysis and CPD.
• Lead curriculum standards across English, Maths and Science.
• Liaise with MATs and local authorities to drive interventions.
