This hybrid role sits in Sheffield or London with three days in the office weekly, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to drive growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience owning outcomes across multiple products or teams.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive business impact.
• Decision making under commercial pressure with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value stream strategy, investment choices and objectives.
• Lead commercial performance including ARR, retention and cost-to-serve.
• Define go-to-market plan and orchestrate cross-functional delivery.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term portfolio value.
