Job summary

Scamp & Dude is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to join the Digital & Performance Marketing team. The role supports day-to-day website operations, product uploads, and seasonal catalog launches in a fashion-forward, purpose-driven business.

The position operates on a hybrid model: 2 days a week at the Marlow Head Office and the remainder from home, with occasional weekday evenings for LIVE shopping in Marlow.

Qualifications

• Experience with content management systems and ecommerce website operations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects.
• Collaborative, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interest in fashion and ecommerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day website operations and user experience.
• Perform daily site checks and resolve onsite issues promptly.
• Monitor product launches, New In, Bestsellers and seasonal imagery.
• Assist with merchandising opportunities to boost conversion.
• Support AI campaigns and data/assets for seasonal catalogues.
• Upload products, descriptions, and information ahead of launches.
• Assist with marketplace listings and live shopping events.
• Contribute to SEO efforts and product ranking visuals.
• Support campaign shoots with prep and sample organisation.
