Job summary

WYSE London is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams to keep the website accurate, engaging and commercially optimised. You will support product launches, onsite merchandising, content updates and ecommerce reporting.

The full-time role is based at our Head Office in Shepherds Bush. You will be in the office four days a week with one day working from home, helping ensure smooth online trading and a strong customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify preferred; fashion/retail background helpful.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Commercially curious with strong collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches with imagery, copy, pricing, sizing and data.
• Build and update products, collections, navigation and content.
• Upload and manage video content.
• Pre-launch checks to ensure correct categorisation and merchandised products.
• Set up back-in-stock alerts using the email marketing platform.
• Support management of product reviews and highlight recurring feedback.
• Assist with on-site SEO, promotions and content refreshes.
