Job summary

Scamp & Dude seeks a detail-oriented Merchandise Admin Assistant to support the Merchandising function. The role offers a brand‑wide opportunity to contribute to commercial decisions that drive sales across channels, providing accurate analysis and reporting to support planning and trading decisions.

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week at our Head Office in Marlow, Bucks, reporting into our Merchandiser.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross functionally.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Trading & performance analysis: update weekly trade reporting and analyse sales and stock trends.
• Intake management: maintain delivery schedules and support weekly intake updates with buying teams.
• PO maintenance: raise and amend POs, update range plans and apply correct size ratios.
• Planning: produce monthly and quarterly analysis packs with the buying team.
