Job summary

Connect Personnel is assisting a Strood-based client in Kent to recruit an E-commerce Manager on a hybrid basis. You will lead and grow the company’s online store, optimise UX, manage product content, pricing, and promotions, and coordinate with online agencies and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires proven e-commerce leadership, strong understanding of sales funnels and digital merchandising, excellent organisational and communication skills, and solid data analysis

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store or online business.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels and digital merchandising.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Copywriting skills with understanding of B2C marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the e-commerce website— products, pricing, content, promotions.
• Collaborate with online agencies to drive growth and engagement.
• Oversee online orders, fulfilment workflows and coordination with operations teams.
• Monitor website performance, campaign performance, conversations and customer behaviour.
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and gifting experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve UX, sales and customer satisfaction.
