Job summary

Connect Personnel is assisting a Strood-based client in Kent to recruit an E-commerce Manager on a hybrid basis. You will lead and grow the company’s online store, optimise UX, manage product content, pricing, and promotions, and coordinate with online agencies and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires proven e-commerce leadership, strong understanding of sales funnels and digital merchandising, excellent organisational and communication skills, and solid data analysis

• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store or online business.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels and digital merchandising.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Copywriting skills with understanding of B2C marketing strategies.

We are working with our client based in Strood Kent to recruit an E-commerce Manager to work on a hybrid basis.

The role:

Our client is seeking a strategic thinker with strong Management skills and a passion for digital Marketing to drive growth and engagement. The person should be strategic, organised, creative and results driven in order to oversee the company's digital presence and day to day online operations. The role will be to head up and to grow the e-commerce platforms, improve the customer journeys to ensure the online store runs smoothly and efficiently.
