Job summary

Connect Personnel is seeking an E-commerce/Sales/Marketing Executive to drive online growth from our Strood, Kent base. You will manage daily site operations, optimise product listings, and lead B2B marketing efforts to boost conversions.

The role emphasises SEO, content creation, and multi-channel management across WordPress and other CMS platforms. English communication and office-based work from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management of E-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of SEO, B2B Marketing and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads and email marketing tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content that drives conversions.
• Effective social Media management skills across various platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive E-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
• Manage daily website operations, ensuring seamless functionality and user-friendly navigation across platforms such as WordPress and other CMS tools.
• Optimise product listings using SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings and visibility.
• Oversee content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, promotional banners and social media posts to attract and retain customers.
• Manage B2B marketing.
• Monitor industry trends.
