Connect Personnel is working with a client based in Strood, Kent, to recruit an E-commerce Manager on a hybrid basis. You will lead the growth of the company’s online store, optimise products, pricing and content, and manage customer journeys to ensure smooth online operations.

The ideal candidate has proven experience running an e-commerce store or online business, a strong understanding of digital merchandising and sales funnels, excellent organisation and communication skills, and strong data

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store or online business.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels/digital merchandising.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
• Skilled in Copywriting with an understanding of B2C marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the e-commerce website- products, pricing, content, promotions.
• Work with the online agencies to drive growth and engagement
• oversee online orders, fulfilment workflows and coordination with operations teams.
• monitor website performance, campaign performance, conversations and customer behaviour.
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and gifting experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve UX, Sales and customer satisfaction.
